information with a selected audience. It is a formal form of oral communication in which a person shares factual information with a particular audience A presentation is not a lecture It has a well defined format

Appropriate Composition
One major concept per slide
Keep slides simple, balanced Keep a border

Use of Text
Outline of talk not every word 6 lines per slide 6 words to line Quotations are OK No full sentences Delete articles (the, a, an) Illustrate concepts

Use one image per slide

Draw arrows
