Human Resources & Its Impact

Human Resources or HR, as they are known in short. Started as an initial movement in 1920

Human Resources are the first team an individual gets to interact with when they enter an organization.
The processes and policies extended by this team act as the backbone of an organizations growth and the employees motivation. The primary areas of HR processes includes a wide range of activities like recruitment, employee data and document administration, formulation of organizational policies, management of behaviour, conduct and performance, learning solutions and handling of rewards and compensation aspects. Most of these jobs are either directly managed by the HR processes or are supervised by them. Sometimes organizations employ third party vendors for managing certain HR processes.

Process : Resignation & Retirement

Resignation is a process by which the work agreement between the employee and the employer comes to a termination based on mutual consent.
There can be many reasons for an employee to resign, be it personal reasons or professional growth. Every organization has its own rules and regulations pertaining to resignation processes. Departments like finance, administration, stationery, training, immigration, etc., are few of the departments that need to provide a no-objection certificate regarding any dues or backlogs. Retirement is the point where a person stops employment completely.
A person may also semi-retire by reducing work hours.
