This company is india largest manufacturing internal and external outfit odof sex . The product of this company is go combination of quality and quantity Indias first vertically integrated manufacturing unit and started in the year 1996. Started project vasudha in the year 1999 . Spread over more than 1,20,000 acors . Total annual turnover Rs 564 crors . Production rang ---- mens wear ,womens wear --infants wear ----across Fashion wear Active wear Leisure wear --- under wear--sleep wear.

Scope of Study

The development of any organization depend on the regularity of employees . The study is conducted to know the various levels reasons for absenteeism of employees in an organization . By looking it , one can adopt corrective measures to decrease irregularities in the organization , leads to organization growth

3 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
There are 3 type they are :1) Explorative . 2) Descriptive . 3) Experimental . Descriptive method is used in the present study .

Primary Data
The primary data , the primary data is being collected by administrering a strucred questionnairs and also through observations , interview and discussion with management team.

Secondary Data
A part from primary data , the secondary data is being. Collected through text books records of PRATIBH SYNTEX Ltd. Journal library . Academic Report and internet , used for this study .

5 SAMPLING
SAMPLE POPULATION :There are total 1800employees working in the organization . SMPLE SIZE :Out of total population ,the sample taken among respondent from the quality sewing , packaging and other department . SAMLPLING AREA :The research was conducted at quality , sewing ,packaging and other department of PRATIBHA SYNTEX Ltd.

6 ABSETEESM OF DIFFERENT DIPARTMENT


Absenteeism are a major problem of organization . We are search in different department i.g. quality department , cutting department , sewing department , and others department than after we find out average of absenteeism are 14 % onroll . The maximum No of absenteeism in SEWING department and male employees absenteeism are greater than female employees absenteeism .

7 REASON FOR UNSCHEDUL


ABSENCE
When we meet the absence of employees and ask the reason for yours absenteeism , all of the absence employees are give the reasons :---

A ) Personal illness -----------------30% B ) Family issues --------------------30% C ) Personal needs------------------17% D ) Stress ------------------------------7% E ) Entitlement mentality ----------7% D ) Mispunch--------------------------5% E ) Travel problem-------------------4%

In my survey , we find out the both reason or some reasons are common all department . Only 30% of unauthorised / uncheduled absence are altributed to Personal illness or health problem while 65 % of absences are due to others reasons including family issues/problem , personal needs , stress , Entitlement mentality , mispunch , and Travel problem. Since a range of factors can influence the level of absenteeism within an organization , a rigorous look at absence trends provides the insight to uncover patters , such as days of week , certain department that experience usual rat of absenteeism or other in workforce production .

(A) PERSONAL ILLNESS Employees who work for employers that regularly employee at 30% are absence for illness when determining whether the 30% absences employee there should has been met , all employees of employer are counted . When we take the feedback ( reason ) to absence employees . The employees are give the reason are:----------60% of ill ( personal illness) including eyes problem , pain of head , fiver , bhumeting , dises . 10% of injury from accdt.

25% of urgent matter of a spouse , a parent , step parent , grand parent ,a brother and a sister 7% of death of his/ her relative . 3% due to pregnancy +natural calamity .

(B) FAMILY ISSUES/ PROBLEM One of the most difficult matters to confront with respect to family relationship is that their can not control the entire relationship........ Nowadays many employees are suffering to marriage problem and religious function and etc.

70% are absence due to marriage of his/her brother ,sister , uncle , cousin , nefius . 10% are absence due to attain the marriage function of their fiends , brother in low , sister in low .

12% are absence are due to attain the religiuse function of ..... 5% are absence are due to family problem and external and internal family problem .

3% others problem ( loss of daughter , newly married couple )

(C) PERSONAL NEEDS Personal needs are the different for absences employees .17% Employees are absence to personal needs ONROLL employee. 17 % are absence due to purchase of different item . 9 % are absence due to Bank work . 24 % are absence due to arrival of guest and receive their relative and other important person . 21 % are due to alternative examination date 20 % are absence due to cinema .

8 % are absence for gas slender .


6 % are due to the impotance of family .

(D) STRESS Stress is cause for mental and physical symptoms . The effects of stress are different for all absence employee. 5 % are absence due to stress ONROLL worker ( all department ) . The reason are :40 % tension . 25 % trouble of sleeping . 15 % habitual . 13 % chronical stress 10 % sweading palms and social withdrawal 7 % restlessness .

(E) ENTITLEMENT MENTALITY Some employee are absence due to entitlement mentality . 7 % employees are absence due to entitlement mentality Absence employees are give the different reasons are :---26 % are absence due to work late . 35 % are do not satisfy to their work .

20 % are absence due to employee want to job role should be change .

12 % are do not like their work task .

7 % are not happy with their supervisor

(F) TRAVEL PROBLEM Some employee are say that they are coming but mis bus , damage their won two whiler, bicycle $ injury and some employee come so far from long distance by private bus . 4 % absence due to this problem . 60 % are absence due to mis bus 25 % are absence due to damage their won bick / bicycle .

5 % employees are absence due to mispunch . Absence employees are say that we had done punch ( in time and out time ) but not show my present and other mispunch problem are some employees are absence but their show the punching and present .
50 % are absence due to not show their theire present . 35 % are employee are absence but show their present / punching . 15 % are absence due to due to damage of punching machine .

3 SOLUTION OF ABSENTEEISM Absence of employees in all departmental , their different reason for absenteeism . Now , we are giving the suggestion and make the good health and provide the better services for their organization :-----

(A) PERSONAL ILLNESS .Always take care of health


Always Use

eat healthy food and fruit .

of always need and clean cloth .

always allow to use of mask and working time at flower use to sleeper . provide very good medical facility to all employee--- E. S. I.C. , E.S.I.C. service use to at the time of urgent matter and change of seasonal problem .

In company , at the time of working period suddenly , any employees are health can ill and injury that time follow the dispensary t9o rest and treatment for injury , rest and take the advance medicine for next day and come back on duty . Some are small ill i.g. fever , bhumating , pain , etc are not a serious problem , in this period use of some medicine than 2-3 hours after will be normal and end . Natural calamity can not be stop but that time you understand the your responsibility and always tray to save to natural calamity . Female health problem ,all female employee check up her health - monthly and take care always and follow the advise of doctor .

(B) FAMILY ISSUES / PROBLEM


Where maximum No of employees absence due to marriage function and some are absence to internal and external problem . FOR MARRIAGE :-Give the advise at the time of pass their application of holiday ,that employees take minimum no of leave and understand their responsibility for organization and give the minimum no leave . Allow to always give the information of long leave before one month .

Along with give the advise when the end the till date of leave not after come back on duty .

Internal and external problem are not a big problem , it is misunderstanding . This type of problem solve at night and after your end of work time period . For religious function give the short period of time , because this type of function are organize shot time period . , It just depends on what is issues ,if you had an argument just give it a few days so everyone can settel done and then talk .

If it is some thing major it may take a few days and there are some family issue that can never be solve .

(C) PERSONAL NEEDS Personal needs are fulfill important for every human but firstly important thing are their responsibility for work and for organization . They can fulfill the important thing after end of the working time . For purchase of item , many shop are open on Sunday to purchase their own item . For bank work , bank are not a big work , it simple work . After half day take get pass for do this work .

The company provide the better bank service for all employee . Allow to use of this service .

For visit / arrival guest are know that they are employee, their has no time to a particular period but you can visit after end of work period time and arrival the guest not stay long days , only short day / time . You vest the time after 3 oclock . For gas slender gas is not suddenly end . You take care about your slender .Employee (male) can take after end of working time but female employee , company can should be provide .

(D) STRESS Who employee absence due to stress their motivation is necessary .

Motivate to the employee .


Check up the health to physician . Always take every work is easy away .

(E) ENTITLMENT MENTALITY


Who employee are work late , we should give the warning to come on the real time work period and if they have came late on duty do not enter in the factory .
Who employee are not satisfy their worker , we should know about their season . Who employee want to change their job roll , we give the advise for this type of employee change their job roll after their performance and your fulfil first job role responsibility .

(F) TRAVEL PROBLEM

Travel problem are not big problem to absence. Who employee mis bus , they are early come on bus stop and catch the their localized bus . Always check of their bicycle leaving before their home . For traffic early go for work at the time of working .

Company has provide good bus service to different location , all of employee can use this service .

(G) MISPUNCH Some employee are absence due to mispunch but some employee are present due to mispunch but there are absence . All employee always use of singal line to do punch . At time of punching see the punching machine are give the better service and not , queckely give the information in time office .

The major problem are some employee are really absence how to their punching and show their present , give the
