The individual in this position will be responsible for providing Tier 2 support for all aspects of our client's Well Systems, including Peloton WellView, Site View, and RigView and several application interfaces.

Handling and prioritizing Tier 2 support calls and resolving issues for Well Systems users Providing data analysis to identify and resolve operational issues Monitoring and maintaining Well Systems application servers (software) Supporting field rig consultants by sharing weekend on-call duties between 7 AM and 4 PM.
