    what/who you find interesting.


    You share your thoughts on the site by Tweeting; each

    Tweet is 140 characters in length.


    Twitter has over 300 million users ranging from students,

    professors, businesses, news reporters, celebrities, etc

    Why Use Twitter?


    The SMS of the Internet.
    It is a very innovative and fast way to follow the rest of

    the world.
    You can tweet updates, location, photos, videos,

    interesting articles, etc


    Read the latest headlines from your home-country by

    following news agencies, reporters, journalists

    Warnings about Twitter?


    Tweets are publicly visible by default but senders can

    restrict message delivery to just their followers


    Twitter allows users the ability to update their profile

    by using their mobile phone either by text messaging or by apps released for certain smartphones / tablets. (you may have to pay)
