METHODOLOGY
 I have completed my project through the source of primary data by conducting a survey.
 The survey was conducted by taking use of retail call audit sheet.  I have approached to 650 retailer out of which 516 was found who use to sell Insulin.  I have done my survey in three district PATNA ,GAYA ,& ARA.

 I personally made the contact with all the retailer and asked couple of question on the basis of retail sheet thereafter filled up my sheet as per the information which I got from them.  I use to meet them at the free time so that I can get there more support &quality of information which was needed to complete my research .
 The survey was conducted for 42 days .

• Interpretation – Out of 600 retailer, in PATNA 442 retailers, in ARA 73 retailers, and in GAYA 85 retailers are sold insulin. High use of insulin in PATNA . It shows that if we sale the insulin product in PATNA. That will benefit for company.

Market share of ELILILY is low. If we want to increase that we have to sales more insulin product in PATNA. Because there is high use of insulin.

FINDING
 Out of 600 retailer, in PATNA 442 retailers, in ARA 73 retailers, and in GAYA 85 retailers are sold insulin.  Out of 442 retailer lilly has the share of 38% which novo has the share of 60% , and lantus has the share of 02% .Than company can improve their position in area of insulin cart.  Out of 442 retailer lilly has the share of 40% which novo has the share of 55% , and lantus has the share of 05% . Company should follow the strategy of novo company should follow the strategy of novo.

SUGGESTION
 Frequent Doctors Visits and relations with the doctors  Proper advertisement of product should be done.  Before launching a new product company should provide information to the chemists by arranging get together & Seminars  Strategies should made to capture market in rural areas.
