My Job Responsibilities as there:


Supervise,

manage and train 13-person office staff. Prepare correspondences, document invoices, including planning procurements of Raw materials, Production planning and for payment of vendors. Prepare for meetings and correspond with Distributors, C&Fs, DSAs State wise. State wise visits periodically to meet Distributors, high value dealers with company DSAs floating new schemes to distributors & dealers, arranging meetings with all the distributors in a state, awareness of the schemes from the company and to boost sales.

Maintain

in-office calendar updates regarding taxation, pricing policy, floating of schemes to Distributors and Dealers. Looking after the daily appointments & schedule of Director. Drafting letters as per instructions of HOD. Also Assisting the Director in his day to day plan of action.

Taking

care of the daily work schedule and administration. Sending & receiving fax copies. Creating presentation for seminars & conference in power point. Looking after travel arrangement, hotel bookings for outdoor tour. Attending the phone calls and listing the enquires on telephone. Entering the details of visitors visiting the offices. Operating and maintaining the records of Internet & E-mail System, Inward-Outward mails (couriers) & Fax. Maintaining various registers used in the Offices.

Managing

MY HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:


My

favourite hobby is playing snooker. I like listening to pop-music. At weekends I sometimes go to a disco or to the cinema . I listen to bands like . In summer I like to go swimming. I like visiting friends and talking about this and that. Playing football is fun. When the weather is bad, I read books or watch TV. I enjoy working on the computer. I engaged most of my vacant times in improving my skills in various fields of arts such as painting, picture editing and designing, building home pages, making scrap books and lot more. Reading is one of my hobbies also, when I was a student I described myself as book-worm since I really love reading anything that caught my interest. Now that I am a little bit busy, I have less time for books but I still reads a lot, I browse the internet of course because I am online daily. So I still have time to read. I considered this hobby of mine as an important one and played a great role in the development of my knowledge.

MY AMBITION IN FUTURE:
My

future ambition is to be a General Manager. Because I think it is a great service. On the other hand my Brother and my father both of them are working as Manager. Now I am a Executive of Finance . After i be becoming a Manager. There are many Manager Guide me. I like to this job.
