In the second phase of the diagram between 1st year and 2nd rate of increase in total sale of cooktops though increased but the rate has slowed down. Hike in old(already used jaipan products) customers ,but no addition to new line of customers

cooker is a fairly new concept. Insufficient data due to smaller fan base (consumers). Unnoticed presence of jaipan induction range. No direct source for queries. Non-responsive contacts

Findings
S.R.Electronics of Dunlop had two complaint cases in just one month 1. Induction cooker was not giving the desired temperature. 2. The cooling fan was generating noise. Kundu kitchenware of Dumdum had a single complaint regarding the display of the unit (blinking). Bigbazar howrah had few cases of excessive energy consumption
