The term protest usully now implies a reaction against something.INTRODUCTION  PROTEST A protest expresses a strong reaction of events or situations. . While previously. It could also mean a reaction a something.  A protest can itself sometimes be the subject of counter protest.

 STRIKE Strike action. A strike becomes important during the industrial revolution when mass labour become important in factories and mines. Strikes are sometimes use to put pressure on government to change policies.  .  A strike usually takes place in response to employee grievances. is a work stopage caused by the mass refusal of employees to work. often simply called a strike.

Sit.CATEGORIES OF STRIKES  Strikes under taken by labour union during collective bargaining. Partial strike or slow down-workers might follow all safety regulations in such a way that impedes their productivity or they might refuse to work overtime   .down strike-a strike may consist of worker refusing to attend work or dissuade people from working in their place or conducting bussiness with their employee.

ADVANTAGES & DISADVANTAGES OF STRIKES  Advantage The demand of the labourers can be realized immediately because when the stike is begin the owner should discuss the demand of labourers.  Disadvantages The labour strike also got some losses because company can not produce its goods and its possible too to loss their client becauz of pending production and lost of the responsivility of company. .

no one wants to get arrested or get onthe bad side of the local town . It will result in people being informed of the situation effecting their area.  DisadvantageIts very hard to arrange if one wants to protest the local police.armi one will find that few people will be brave enough to want to join in this risky venture.ADVANTAGES & DISADVANTAGES OF PROTEST  AdvantagesA protest can stop or prevent wrong action or illegal activity taking place in our surrounding upto a large extent.

EXAMPLES OF PROTEST & STRIKES  Protest in kashmir on independence day. Thousand of muslims on sunday 15 august 2010 held protest against indian rule in kashmir after security forces shout dead 6 protester in 2 days and beefed security indias independence day.  HYUNDAI MOTOR COMPANY CO. The workers at hyundai motor company staged sit-ins in april and july demanding recognition of an outside union and reinstatement of suspended workers. . There were 57 protesters killed.

CONCLUSION  Generally strike of labour strike is the act of labour ers to stop working as the form of protest to the employers but some time strikes are used to put pressure on governments to change policies. .
