What is ISO 9000 series about?

The iso 9000 family standard relates to quality management system. It is design to help ensure they meet the need of customer and other stackholders. Over a milian organization world-wide are independently certified making iso 9001,one of the most widly used tool in making world today

ISO 9001 is the broadest standard and provides a model for design ,development,production,installation and servicing ISO 9002 is limited to production,installation and servicing ISO 9003 is further limited to inspection and testing

ISO prepare the 9001for quality standard for computer software in 1994. In 1997 ISO modify the old text of ISO 9001and prepare the new ISO9000-3 quality standard for computer software.
