FUNCTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT’S

Warehouse-There are different room’s such as hazardous rooms, cool rooms for the storage of some chemicals and Fire extinguishers are placed for every 10 feet distance . QUALITY CONTROL: The testing is carried out in a well constructed and clean laboratory and Special care is taken for handling toxic or hazardous chemicals. PRODUCTION: Cleaning the reactor thoroughly before using and continuously monitoring the temperature, Cleaning the reactor after each bath and the ppm of that water is checked(free from contamination).

FUNCTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT’S

HR DEPARTMENT:General checkup for all the employees for every 6 months,Medical insurance is given to all the employees and also Financial Benefits such as grativity, provident fund and life insurance policy are provided RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT:Creative work undertaken on a systematic basis in order to increase the stock of knowledge, including knowledge of man, culture and society. The research is carried out using small quantities. all the possible ways to produce a drug are listed R&D alliance is a, mutually beneficial formal relationship formed between two or more parties to pursue a set of agreed upon goals while remaining independent organizations, where acquiring new knowledge is a goal by itself
