I enjoyed this book & am looking forward to reading the other ones. I would prefer it in book form as I have little time to read on my KOBO, so it took me longer than usual. I think this is targeted more to younger teens, but I enjoy all age groups.
I enjoyed this book & would suggest it for anyone who likes explicit romance. I thought the modern part of the story got off to a slow start but the historical part was great from the beginning. The ending was very satisfying.
I loved this book so much I'm going to ask the library system I work for to buy it as well as the rest of the trilogy. I can't wait for the next 2 books. No need to go into the storyline as the other reviewers have already done so. This is just such a fresh take & so action packed that it's a must read for anyone that enjoys this genre. Hats off to S.J. Day, what a great first book!
I really enjoyed this. Although I thought I wouldn't like it at first because the main character, Wendy, was so bratty. Luckily, she matured pretty swiftly & it was a good story. I hope to read the next one.
I thought this was o.k. After reading so many books (don't let my librarything nos. fool you), I think I've become somewhat jaded. I need to read something very exciting, interesting, or different to be really impressed. Unfortunately, this is none of these.
I especially enjoyed this book because the author was open minded & willing to try anything even if she wasn't a fan(i.e. medication). Unfortunately, not everything she felt was helpful was within the economic reach of most people. I found some of her behavior towards her son a little disturbing, but overall I felt it was an interesting way to present different approaches to ADHD
