I loved this book! -I have heard so many good and bad things about this book, one of them was that this books have somethings in common with another book (Vampire Academy). I was mad with myself because I usually read the reviews after I read the book, not before and I read one about all the things this book have in common with another book, and when I was reading Half-Blood I was looking for the things that I read in the review, that it suppose to be the same as the other book (Vampire Academy). That is why I had to read this book twice. The second time I read it, I didn't think about the review I just wanted to enjoy the book because overall it is a awesome book. I loved the characters, I loved the story, I loved Greek mythology, so that its a plus. I'm glad that even though I read that review, I read the book because now I can't wait to read Pure and see what its going to happen between Aiden and Alex. I this amazing book recommended to everyone!!
I liked this book. I liked the characters and the story line. I had read so many books about vampires that I though that this one wasn't going to be good, but I was really wrong. I couldn't wait to read the next one. I recommend this book to everyone. I would be reading more from this author(Joann I. Martin Sowles).
My favorite book. I LOVED this book, this is the first book I read from L.J. Smith and I think its one of her best books. I think its the first time I read about the kind of vampire that doesn't need to drink blood to survive. I liked the characters none of them are annoying and the chemistry between the protagonist its amazing. I recommended this book to everyone.
At first I thought that I would not like it, but I started reading it and couldn't put it down. I'm usually reading young adult, so it was a surprise to me that I was reading this book, and I was loving it. I really liked it and I recommended to everyone. I liked the characters (especially Hutch), and I liked the story line. I would like to read more books by the same Author.
People think that 16-years-old Daire has problems, that she is a psychopath, that she is sick and need to be in a hospital. They don’t know that she is a seeker. Daire’s mother sent her to stay with Daire lost grandmother because she thinks that her grandmother would help with whatever Daire have, but Jennika (Daine’s mom) does not know that Daire’s grandmother knows that Daire is a soul seeker and she would help Daine learn how to be a seeker. At first, Daine thinks that everything in her grandmother house it’s horrible, but then she starts having dreams about a guy, that she thinks his her true love. But they are only dreams right? Or they guy is real? If you want to know more about Daine, the soul seekers and this dream guy, you would have to read the book.I liked this book; it’s the first book that I read from this author and I have to say that I liked her writing. I think that this series would be really good. I really can’t wait to read the next one (Echo). I liked that characters, the girl (Daine) wasn’t annoying, because that is one of the things I hate about some books. I liked it and I recommended.
I liked this book. At first it was a little slow, after a few chapter gets better. I liked it because its a little different from the others vampires books I had read. -I don't liked that its been a long time and the second book haven't come out yet. I would have to reread it again when the next one comes out because I would forgot what happened in the first book.
I was really disappointed with this book. I did not like the ending, I think this is the worst book of the series. I loved Nightshade so much that I though that the next books were going to be really good, but the books went from best to worst. I thought that this was going to be a great series. I'm just really disappointed.
I won this book from LibraryThing Member Giveaway .“Draykon” is a great fantasy book. At first it took some time to get into the story, but after a few chapters I started to like it. I really enjoy this book, it’s a great book, and if I like it, I am sure that the Fantasy lovers would love it. “Draykon” have a great storyline and wonderful characters. I recommended to everyone that likes fantasy books. p.s. I am a fan of the cover of the book, I love it and I can wait to read “Lokant” (Draykon #2)
This book it's about a biracial girl that its hiding a big secret and she does not know if she should tell someone, or keep it to her self. If she tell she can ruin her family (mother) life. I think that this book it's a different, but great read. It's different of what I'm used to but I really liked it. I know that this isn't going to be that last book I would read from Janet Gurtler. I would love to read more books of this author.
