The group grew and was established as a foundation in 2010. The group primarily revolves around the contributions in knowledge of each member/partner - that which he/she wishes to share for distribution within the group. This results in a symbiosis, in which all partners can profit from a shared effort and learn from eachother. It is a cycle of inspiring eachother and being inspired. The Inner Garden is a Hermetic research group. This means the study results are not freely distributed outside the group. Partners are not required to give an oath of silence, but we do value a code of conduct worthy of the Seal of Hermes. We trust that each partner will find their personal sense of discretion when it comes to transferring traditional alchemical “secrets” with those outside the group.
The Foundation’s aim is:
a. to promote and conduct research on traditional and modern forms of Alchemy. This research involves both internal and external Alchemy;
b. to collect and combine knowledge about Alchemy, and to share that knowledge with partners worldwide;
c. to propagate and pass on the Alchemical Tradition and its nature-philosophical lifestyle and mystical heritage;
d. to perform all further activities which in the broadest sense are connected with the above or could advance or facilitate the above.
The foundation tries to achieve its objectives by inter alia the following:
a. to carry out applied research about the form and value of (traditional) alchemical processes, both individually and as a group, concerning both internal and external Alchemy;
b. to research alchemical medicine and methods of healing in the broadest sense;
c. to explore the nature's finer forces and the laws of harmony;
d. to carry out transcriptions and translations of manuscripts on alchemy, and recording new knowledge;
e. to organize trainings, courses and initiations in the field of Alchemy;
f. to exchange results from the above with Partners as designated in article 8, and public dissemination among others as (e )publications of a selection thereof.
The Foundation does not intend to make a profit. We are on a journey, and pursuing an ancient tradition. This is the tradition we want to pass on, and help candidate members start a meaningful journey as well.view less
