Michael independently creates details, floor plans, elevations, sections, and diagrams, notes and specifications for each project. Germanovsky awards and talents include: Board of Education approval to be seated for the Architect License Exams; Admittion to American Institute of Architects and NCARB.
Michael is noted for production of construction documents; implementing design criteria, applicable building codes, and ADA requirements to accurately create informative vignettes of floor plans and reflected ceiling plans; architectural sections and transition details; and exterior and interior elevations, among other elements of an accurate set of drawings.
Since 03/2014, Germanovsky's works for DESIGN REPUBLIC ARCHITECTS, where as a Project Architect, Michael produces floor plans, interior and exterior elevations, sections, architectural and millwork details, reflected ceiling and lighting plans, notes and schedules with AutoCAD 2014.
Michael works closely with clients, such as Lacoste and Tom Ford Corporate Store Planning & Development teams. Michael analyzes given space, creates feasibility studies and schematic designs, and produces construction documents and marketing materials.
From 05/2008 – 03/2014 Michael worked at TWO ONE TWO DESIGN as a Project Architect. While there he independently, produced construction documents for retail and residential clients, with AutoCAD. He integrated client's identity and design criteria in production of all plans and marketing drawings. Michael designed building envelope and improved tenant spaces in malls and shopping centers. Germanovsky planned interior space circulation for retail stores, specifically Sales Area and Back of House. Michael coordinated design with engineers and general contractors, as well as performed construction administration for clients. Germanovsky worked closely with clients, such as Michael Kors.
Between 02/2006 – 05/2008 Michael was employed by TPG ARCHITECTURE LLP as a Project Architect; where he spearheaded architectural conception and planning, for residential and office/commercial projects. Michael developed schematic designs into construction documents, with AutoCAD. He performed surveys and produced base drawings. Michael developed structural details, sections, plans, elevations, structural overlays, mechanical overlays, and gave full support to junior cad team on structures and materials. Germanovsky independently worked on design for The Children’s Place retail outlets and flagship store.
Michael Germanovsky education culminated in 2010 with Architectural Exam Preparation Program at Institute of Design and Construction, New York. In 2008, Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from NYU; where he transferred in 2006 from Architectural Technology Major at Broward Community College, Florida.view less
