I obtained access to the Virginia Tech April 16 documents via a FOIA request. This was quite a lengthy process and dealing with University Relations was not trivial. To save others the hassle, I am making these available to the public - something that Virginia Tech is dragging it's feet on doing until it is legally mandated to do so by the settlement with the families.
