We want to bridge the gap between research and knowledge on the one hand and the general public on the other. We love to analyse! In particular, we love delving into the essence of creativity, the arts and culture (broadly speaking); and human behaviour (why we buy what we buy and do what we do).
Volante means flying in Italian and is also used as an interpretive term in musical notation. And in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, a defence midfielder in football is called a volante.
These two meanings of the word broadly define what Volante is all about. We love to fly – looking at the world from above, and moving fast when we need to. But even as we seek this position of freedom from gravity, we strive to be robust and thorough in all that we do, not letting anything slip by us.
