Mr. Mike Vassiliou, B.Sc, SCV, MRICS is the Managing Director/Principal of KTIMATIKI a CORFAC International office and continues to serve as President of FIABCI Greece, the International Real Estate Federation. He specializes in industrial and commercial properties, office relocation, investment and hospitality in addition to Valuation Advisory Consultation. With more than thirty years experience in full service real estate, Mike has consulted many multinational companies on the sale of their real estate assets and acquisitions in Greece. Mike has been president of FIABCI Greece 2006 to present and an NGO at the UN with FIABCI. He is also president of the conference committee. His extensive professional experience in the real estate market makes him adequate to his collaboration in Greece and abroad. As a real estate agent, he has contributed to the development of properties of multinational companies in Greece. Mr. Kiriakos Kalimnios, SCV is the CEO of KTIMATIKI s.a. CORFAC International and specializing in commercial investment, brokerage, construction and valuation advisory services. Since 1994 where he began his professional career, he developed and sold almost 12 residential apartment buildings containing over 20,000 m2 and 150 residential units. He also negotiated the sale of over 15 land plot for super markets and over 15,000 m2 of office/retail shopping center space. Due to his extensive knowledge and his specialization of property and retail development Kiriakos company Riviera S.A. became a major player in the field of Big Box development. His portfolio includes the development of large super market buildings and later specializing in constructing residential, retail and leisure projects which his experience produced maximum successes. By managing the Riviera Group of Companies and its subsidiaries, along with the cooperation of associates, the group continues to prove capable of providing special usage properties and construction permits with speed and integrity. Kiriakos holds the SCV designation, Senior Certified Valuer, from the International Real Estate Institute (IREI). Mr. George Dussias is the Senior Appraiser and Valuation Consultant for CORFAC International Ktimatiki Real Estate Greece. Beginning 1977 in Tucson, Arizona, Mr. Dussias first became a licensed real estate agent and appraiser beginning as a staff associate and advancing to chief appraiser/administrator with eventually establishing his own brokerage and appraisal company in 1984. George gained valuable experience in most facets of real estate including residential, commercial, industrial, vacant land sales and leasing. His additional business experience includes office management, marketing, research, analysis, communication, contract writing and negotiating as well as computer skills. Mr. Dussias has prepared over 10,000 appraisals for over 100 major lending clients and negotiated hundreds of real estate transactions. During his career, Mr. Dussias has been a successful businessman and consultant to hundreds of clients. He has considerable knowledge and experience in appraisal report writing, research, analysis, marketing, public relations, and coordination and business consultations. He received a Degree in Architectural Drafting, from Chicago Technical College followed by the State of Arizona Real Estate Sales License the State of Arizona Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License and a Real Estate Brokers License. For three terms (1992-1994) the Pima County Board of Equalization: Level B Property Tax Appeals appointed him to serve as a Land, Commercial and Residential Specialist, Hearing Officer during the Property Tax Appeal process which included over 2000 hearings.
