Fee: $85.00 if registered before August 28th $25.00 deposit required $90.00 if registered after August 28th $14.00 addtl. for cabin w/ facilities do not pay until check-in confirmation. Limited Space & Cancellations: We are not allowed to have more than 200 people at the Retreat. Registrations will be accepted in the order they are received and on a space-available basis. Cancellations open opportunities for others to attend and affect cabin assignments. Please contact Lettie as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable. Food/Snacks: the LLBC kitchen coordinator and helpers provide Meals. Snacks can and should be brought by you to share with everyone, such as fruit, popcorn, chips, relishes, sweets, etc. Smoking: If you need to smoke, we ask that you please do so at the bottom of the blacktop hill by the camp sign. This protects camps beauty and helps ladies who need to be away from smoke because of health problems. Thank You! What To Bring: An open heart and mind, Bible, notebook and pen, musical instruments, snacks, sleeping bag or other bedding, towel and wash cloth, flashlight, table games, any personal items, swimsuit, offering and spending money, and earplugs (to help you sleep through the snoring). If you forget your earplugs, we will have some available at a cost of 25 cents per pair.

Weekend Schedule

SEMINARS Each seminar will last approx 45 minutes to 1hour. SEMINAR 1 Connie Henkel "Margin for Error: Living in Christ's Perfection." Too often we find ourselves either trying to avoid or achieve perfection. Join me as we discover how Jesus has taken that burden from us. CRAFT Jane Newlin Paper bead necklaces Craft Building at bottom of hill Create a necklace from premade paper beads. All supplies will be provided. Cost: $4.00 per kit. Jane will also teach how to make beads from gift wrap.

I am a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, Flint MI. Ive been married to my wonderful husband, Darryl, for 47 years. God has blessed us with four children: Scott, Denise, Michelle and Susan. We have truly been blessed by God to have eight grandchildren. At St. Marks, I have been the chairman of the Evangelism Board, Sunday School Superintendent, Wednesday Night School Superintendent, Ladies Guild Chairman, and wherever else God has needed me. I was a past Christian Growth chairman for the Flint Zone Lutheran Womens Missionary League (LWML) and began speaking in 1977. I have addressed LWML State Conventions in minisessions, churches, zones, principal and teacher conferences, National Honor Society inductions, Honors Convocations, sports banquets, retreats, and the Genesee County Mental Health Association. I am presently leading a Couples Bible study with my husband. I am also chairman of the Social Ministry team at St. Marks. In October, 1995 it was my privilege to be a speaker at the Lutheran Adult Gathering on Mackinaw Island.

New Cabins A limited number of beds are available in cabins with a shower and toilet at an additional cost of $14 per person. If you would like one of these cabins sign up for it now. Assignment to a cabin with facilities is NOT guaranteed - you will need to pay the additional $14 when you check in if assigned to a new cabin. Other Items Available: Reach Out bookstore Camp bookstore and canteen hours will be announced
