The last letter of the late Moshe Silman, self-immolated Israeli social protest activist, levels serious
charges against the District Court. The Disqualification Statements, received for registration in the
Tel-Aviv District Court on August 5, 2012, claim that there is material concern that Judge Hagai
Brenner's conduct was and is outside the framework of the law, relative to simulated proceedings
and simulated court records in this matter, where Brenner purportedly denied an appeal from his own
decision.
