As a student who had to migrate from hindi medium education in school to English medium education in college I realized that I had to put in a lot of effort to compete with others in my batch. I did it successfully showing my adaptive abilities (through working in totally different teaching styles) and my dedication to succeed. Note: Other points that you can mention in this case are how you overcame your handicap & how you adapted to a totally different lifestyle with ease (when you moved from patna to delhi). Another thing you cam mention is your ability to take wonderful notes ) One of the weaknesses that had witnessed in my student life was pushing everything to the last minute, though most of my classmates did experience the same phenomenon, I always felt that I could get into the elite in class if I could overcome this. Towards the end of college education I put in a lot of effort to overcome this (write this only f you have good marks in 7th & 8th semesters)
c) In your present/ last job, briefly describe your job responsibilities, achievements and failures.

You know the best dude. In achievements try to focus on team building measures you took, or how you effectively managed your time on a project, or when there were instances of you working on multiple projects. Success stories on projects that you worked on. Failures would be project failures (write down reasons for failure as improper SWOT/ improperly defined scope etc), conflict in team etc.
d) If work experience and academic/ professional qualifications do not account for the entire Completed the 10th standard till date, please specify the time gaps, with full explanation. Drop year ke bare mai samjhaane ka is baari mai, why you had to drop or kaise tune apne skills improve kiye so that you could get into one of the premier institutes for technical education in the country. e) Why do you wish to go in for a management career? You may wish to become an entrepreneur later in your life and after gaining some experience in reputed firms on how to manage people you would like to set up your own business (I guess this would be a suitable answer) f) Besides management education, which area/ field would interest you most for a career and/ or for further education?

Having done my bachelors in IT as well as working in the software industry for 2 years, this area would interest me for a future career or further education.
g) Indicate your extracurricular interests.

Playing cricket, football & gaming (All reflect active participation in sports)

Teaching kids at orphanage (I used to do this, you can write it: every Sunday I used to teach kids... though this continued for only one sem) Hiking, trekking, rafting etc (All these are adventurous sports)
