Conduct cost/benefit financial analyses of sustainability issues facing organizations 2. Make knowledgeable sustainability recommendations based on tangible and intangible considerations 3. Understand how sustainability is critical from a personal perspective and business perspective, including but not limited to: technology, finance, marketing, ethics and management Specifically, students will increase their knowledge, skills and abilities in vital management areas including but not limited to: 1. Critical thinking and decision making 2. Financial analysis and reporting 3. Professional communication skills including business writing, conducting professional and effective meetings, making professional presentations, giving and receiving constructive feedback and time management 4. Effective team development and management, including problem solving and conflict resolution 5. Individual self-awareness about personal responsibility and contribution to global sustainability 6. Leadership, including dealing with conflict and decision making 7. Individual, team, and leadership problem solving 4.
