The Enemy Within Equal Justice Under Law a Politicized Attorney General Ending 32 Years of One Party Rule If Republican Dave Freed is elected, we will never find out what happened.

Kathleen Kane, independent of Democratic leadership and Union Organizers v. Dave Freed inextricably entwined in Harrisburg Republican Incestuous Insider Network Attorney General Candidates 6 November 2012

There are benefits to electing a Democrat as Attorney General and ending 32 years of Republican One Party Rule of the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals Office-- 6 November 2012, The office of Pennsylvanias Attorney General became an elective office as a result of the Constitutional Convention of 1968 which also transformed Pennsylvanias Legislature from part-time legislature to professional full time legislature. The first elected Attorney General of Pennsylvania was Leroy Zimmerman who held the office for eight years from Jan 1981 to Jan 1989. In the world of the Republican Establishments Incestuous Insiders, it now happens that former Attorney General Leroy Zimmermans son in law and Governor Tom Corbetts handpicked choice, Dave Freed, is the Republican candidate for this office.

The expected consequences of One Party Rule are beginning to become too obvious and evident to ignore and may well require RedState Republicans to vote for and elect a Democrat. In this case Kathleen Kane Esq. a former Assistant District Attorney for Lackawanna County , who is independent of both Democratic Party Leadership and Organized Union Leadership, she is, as she advertises, a prosecutor not a politician. And there are in my view, at least, four reasons to end Republican One Party Rule:

1)

Leroy Zimmerman is not only Dave Freeds financial and political patron, intimately entwined in Republican Incestuous Insider Network, Leroy Zimmerman is Dave Freeds

childrens grandfather. you think?

How likely is it that Dave Freed will put grandpa in jail? What do

Leroy Zimmerman is under active investigation for financial proprieties at the Hershey Trust. for suspicious financial transactions during his tenure as chair of the Hershey Trust Company, member of the Board of Directors of Hershey Co. and a manager of Milton Hershey School, the multibillion dollar Hershey legacy of iconic Pennsylvanian, Milton Hershey, of educating disadvantaged children.

The expenditure of $17 million on a golf course and clubhouse by the trustees of the Hershey School - just one of a number of land deals costing tens of millions of dollars made in the last six years - has resulted in an investigation by the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General. Among the other deals in recent years was the Hershey Trust's purchase of the 18-acre Pumpkin World USA, a roadside market on Route 39, for $7.5 million. The school then leased the business back to the owners. According to Pennsylvania campaign-finance records, the Hershey Entertainment PAC contributed $4,150 to the Friends of Tom Corbett in 2008. That was its latest contribution to Corbett. Hershey Entertainment operates the Wren Dale course, which has been renamed Hershey Links, under a lease arrangement with the school. Senate Bonusgate NonInvestigation Despite apparent evidence that Senate Republican Leadership did what House Democrats and House Republicans did, the Republican Attorney General at the time, Tom Corbett, seems to have done only the most superficial and shallow of investigations relying on $2.5 million taxpayer funded insider investigation by the Senate Republicans of themselves.

The Libertarian leaning, Pittsburgh Tribune-Reviews Colin McNickle say, February 2007, just as the Harrisburg Patriot-News breaks the story of House Democrats Bonusgate bonuses: There's nearly $31,000 in "bonus" money paid to Drew Crompton in 2005-2006. In 2005, he authored the infamous memo that suggested anti-pay-jacking forces be forced to register as lobbyists. Clear and simple, it was a blatant effort to intimidate the very successful grassroots campaign against legislative larceny. His taxpayer-funded bonus that year: $11,300. Last year, and for about four months, he was a top policy adviser to unsuccessful GOP gubernatorial candidate Lynn Swann. So, let's get this straight: Mr. Crompton was on the state payroll for about eight months in 2006. And yet he received a taxpayer-funded bonus of $19,467? Crompton's old boss, defeated Senate President Pro Tempore Bob Jubelirer, defended the payments *** And then there's the curious case of Mike Long, the former chief of staff to Mr. Jubelirer, one of the pay-jackers in chief who was voter-tested and voter-rejected. Not only was Mr. Long paid $41,000 in "bonuses" in 20052006 but, upon his leave, he received a check for at least $95,000. That's said to have covered unused sick leave, vacation time and -- breakfast hold-down admonition No. 2 -- "severance." Altoona State Senator John Eichelberger: The $8 million price tag for outside legal fees and the only result so far charges brought a year ago against 12 people combined with Corbett's likely campaign for governor raise questions about the investigation's validity, said Sen. John Eichelberger, R-Altoona. "The whole thing's been a joke, in my opinion," said Eichelberger, who in 2007 requested that Corbett look into the payment of taxpayer-financed bonuses allegedly for political work. Sandusky Slow Rolling Child Rape Investigation is well known Almost three years(timeline Nov 2008 Clinton County High School) from complaint to indictment and arrest Grand Jury Presentment 5 November 2011 and given the millions in State grants and the 100s of 1000s from Jerry Sanduskys Second Mile, one can speculate and it is near certainty that we will never know if Dave Freed is elected Pa. Attorney General on 6 November. "Past And Present Board Members Of Sanduskys Charity And Their Businesses Or Families Gave $641,481.21 To Gov. Tom Corbett" and "Pennsylvania taxpayers have underwritten nearly $1.4 million in contributions to The Second Mille and "Not only that, but Corbetts gubernatorial staff approvedyes, approveda $3 million grant to Second Mile, the foundation for kids that, according to the grand jury, served as a repository for potential sex-abuse victims.
