answerafewphonequestions,theadministratorwilldecideifthepotentialresidentisfittomovein.
Vintageshallnotacceptorretainthosewithcertainillnessesorthosewhoseneedsconflictwiththose
ofotherresidents.Also,thecompanymaydischargeresidentsthatbecomeviolent,noncomplacent,or
develophealthproblemsthatthestaffcannotlegallytreat.
Familymembers,friends,andothersinvolvedwitharesidentslifeareencouragedtovisitduringnon
sleepinghours.Ifvisitorschoosetovisitduringscheduledactivities,suchashygiene,thevisitormaystay

AliceSmithwillberesponsibleforbudgetingandpurchasingforVintage.Anypurchasesforfood,
supplies,andupkeepoftheresidentialassistedlivinghomewillbefirstapprovedbyAliceSmith.
Protocolwillincludeaninventorylistandreview,whichwillbeapprovedonaweeklybasis.Operational
purchaseswillbemadeatlocaldiscountstoresandwillinclude,butarenotlimitedtofood,linens,and

QUALITYCONTROLMEASURES
Vintageensuresthatallresidentswillreceivetheupmostqualityofservice.Eachcarestaffwillbe
effectivelytrainedandwillhaveanoperationalmanualwithofficialpoliciestoguaranteeaconsistent
highstandardofservice.
Freshfoods,meat,milk,bread,vegetablesandfruitwillbeavailableforresidentsandforpreparationof
eachmeal.Cannedanddryfoodwillalsobeavailableforcookingandemergencies.
STAFFINGANDTRAINING
StaffingforVintagewillbeasfollows:Allpersonnelshallbeingoodhealthandbephysicallyand
mentallycapableofperformingassignedtasks(verifiedwithahealthscreeningpriortoemployment).
Candidateswillalsohaveabackgroundcheckpriortohiring.Necessaryeducationandexperience
requiredforthepositionwillbeverifiedbyphonebackgroundchecks,lettersofrecommendation,and
certificates.PersonnelwillhavetoreviewandsignNoticeEmployeeRights(LIC9052)atthetimeof
employment.Thefirst90daysofemploymentisconsideredaprobationaryperiodattheendofwhicha
