Santa Fe, NM 87501 VIA EMAIL Secretary Duran, Please let this letter serve as a formal complaint against the Reform New Mexico Now PAC for violation of the campaign practices as outlined in New Mexico election law, specifically section 1-19-16 of the NMSA. On October 16th I became aware of a mailer sent to Los Alamos residents with the return address of Reform New Mexico Now , PO Box 35892, Albuquerque, NM 87176-5892. The mailer fails to disclose the name of the sponsor or the name of a responsible officer who authorized the printing or publication of such material nor the printer of the campaign material as required by law. As you are aware, each violation of this provision of law is a fourth-degree felony. I have attached copies of the mailer so that you may examine the content for yourself. I know your office will investigate this matter with the vigilance such a violation of law deserves. If you would, please confirm with me when you receive this letter and please update me, when applicable, as to the status of your investigation. Sincerely,
