BY REGISTERING TO THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE THE HOSTING NF SHALL BE BOUND TO INDEMNIFY THE CEV FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSS CAUSED BY THE NON-FULFILMENT OF THE OBLIGATIONS CONTAINED IN THIS HANDBOOK AND HAVING AS A CONSEQUENCE THE NON-PAYMENT OF PART OR WHOLE OF THE SPONSORSHIP FEE BY ANY OF THE OFFICIAL PARTNERS OF THE CEV, AS WELL AS THE NON-PAYMENT OF PART OR WHOLE OF THE TV AGREEMENT FEE BY ANY PARTNER OF CEV.

OBLIGATION / OFFENSE
