RE: Content of Enclosed Flyer as it relates to Rancho Mission Viejo, LLC and
Anthony Moiso
To Whom it May Concern:
This office represents the interests of Rancho Mission Viejo, LLC ("RMV") and Mr. Anthony
Moiso and is contacting you with respect to the erroneous content and misleading information attributed
to and/or directed to RMV and/or Mr. Moiso that is contained within that certain "flyer", a copy of which
is enclosed for your ready reference.
Initially, it is our understanding that you have caused the enclosed flyer to be distributed to
members of the general public within San Juan Capistrano without review and/or approval from either
RMV or Mr. Moiso.
This letter is to inform you that your assertion of the facts concerning Mr. Moiso's "needs" as set
forth within your flyer are both erroneous and misleading and taken as a personal assault against Mr.
Moiso. In addition, your "facts" in relating the actions of Mr. Gates with respect to Mr. Moiso are both
incomplete, inaccurate and very insulting to Mr. Moiso.
We caution you that your continued citation of erroneous and misleading facts and imputation of
wrongdoing on the part of Mr. Moiso will not be taken lightly and ask that you not only check your facts,
but set forth the truth in your writings.

appraisal. Half otit was already protected Open Space!
