Playing with a partner

Sometimes at school I work by myself. Sometimes I work with a partner.

When I play with a partner I follow the partner rules.

One of the partner rules is to share. Sharing is NOT stealing. Sharing means that we take turns with the materials.

When I share, my partner has good thoughts about me. He will want to play with me again! If I do not share or say Youre stealing! my partner will feel mad and sad.

Another rule is to take turns. When I take turns it keeps the game moving. My partner feels good and I feel good, too. If I say, I wont play! my partner feels sad and mad. When I take turns, my partner feels happy.

When I play with a partner, I use a friendly voice. I do not whine. Whining hurts peoples ears. When I whine, they feel frustrated.

I dont like this game. I dont want to play!

When I speak with a friendly, calm voice my partner and my teacher feel good.

After I finish the game, I can ask for a break or to play a game by myself.
