What seems to be known is:

He had previously been sanctioned by Kilburn jobcentre and hounded by the DWP for monies. He was eager to work and did get onto a Work placement, where he gained fulltime employment, but his employer(s) didnt pay him for 3 months! He turned to loan companies to cover this lack of wages. He had some form of head injury whilst in employment. He somehow lost his job, and went onto JSA although on medication He was paying back loans instead of his rent He was evicted by his housing association On the day of his eviction he wasnt allowed time to pick up his medication and he later got back into the flat and was found dead.

He was due to have a group meeting in Kilburn jobcentre at 10am 3/4/12...group meetings that have been viewed as excuses to pressurise jobseekers and get them sanctioned. Was he let down by the state DWP, Kilburn jobcentre, Housing Association, hospital and doctors, employers? Is a full investigation really being carried out on his death and the circumstances leading up to it? Could this slipping through the net happen to anyone with the cuts of austerity, and the culture of nonresponsibility of organisations antagonistic to users needs?
