PREFACE

As the Author and Proponent of the Revised Charter since it was drafted at the year 2010, I would like to highlight the important parts of the said charter as carefully crafted and steadily fought for through diplomacy and perseverance that we may attain today by all means a more active and empowered representative organization. The Revised Charter provides the following: A) A more comprehensive and complete guideline towards organizational administration and facilitation; B) A more detailed provision on duties and rights of members and officers; C) A more flexible promulgation on the performance of duties and obligations; D) A more structured and systematic approach on implementing organizational activities and projects; E) A more participatory and member-centered approach on the deliberation and facilitation of organizational activities and projects; F) A more discipline-based approach on enacting and establishing common goals of the organization; and G) A stronger charter that will uphold the interest of its members through decentralization and distribution of powers. It is a work inspired by the principles of social legislation, may it be the start of the advancement of an everlasting Era of Social Transformation towards Sustainable Development. Thus, it is but just for each and every member to uphold and defend the very constitution that binds us into an organization of Prime Movers. Viva Opera Socialis!!

Sincerely yours,
