Three kids loitering in the abandoned gated community that Cobra takes over have been taken prisoner and the two G.I. Joe members need to move fast to rescue them. Meanwhile, Darklon's escape from the pit leads G.I. Joe all the way to Benzheen, where a team consisting of Dusty, Airtight and Tunnel Rat catch Darklon arriving to a royal welcome from Colonel Faroud, the newly established leader of Benzheen
