Proposed Residence for Mr.

Shammer at Salem

Specification:
Construction as per plan enclosed with this agreement. The cost of further alteration and destruction is extra. If the Cost of Cement and/or Steel get increased then the cost for construction will be added to actual rate quoted in this agreement.

Mason Work:
All mason work such as Brickwork, all R.C.C works required for the construction, (Lintel concrete, Sunshade, Roof (10), Loft, Etc.,) Ceiling plastering, Wall plastering, Weathering course, Staircase arrangements etc., complete. All measurements and specifications are as per plan.

Centering Work:
All Centering works required for the construction using steel shutters, casilona posts and wooden planks as per standard specification.

Steel Fabrication Work:


All Steel Fabrication required as per standard specification.

Carpenter Work:
Making and fixing of all Door Frames, Windows, Window leafs, Ventilators with specified wood and fixing of specified doors, Glasses, Locking arrangements etc., complete.

Electrification, Water supply and Sanitary Arrangements:


Providing points at required spaces (as per plan). Outlet from overhead tank to required spaces, and required number of lines, with specified materials. Necessary sanitary lines, Inspection chambers at required spaces, fixing closets, gully traps, rain water line, and other extra works required as per plan.

Painting Work:
White washing one coat for ceiling, inside and outside walls. All doors, windows and window grills should be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer with patty finishing. If any other polishing work required for other accessories, will be at extra cost.

Flooring:
Flooring finishing with Hydraulic Pressed Tiles using Cement Mortar (CM) 1:8 mix. CM 1:4 mix flooring for open terrace and portico top area.

Wall Tiles Work:


7 height at toilet walls and 3 height at kitchen wall over platform should be provided with specified tiles.
