Flipped Classroom Presentation Lesson Plan What is an article activity? 1.

Molly: intro and explain the entire article activity (2 minutes) 2. Jason: Show Me - The class will have learned about this tool the previous week during our Exploratorium. We will provide a refresher and now the class will be able to actually use the tool. (5 minutes) 3. Libby will divide our class with a coin flipping activity. (2 minutes) GROUPS WILL HAVE 20 MINUTES TO CREATE THEIR FLIPPED VIDEOS. 4. Molly, Heather, Jason, Libby, and Jorgen will circulate and discuss the article with the small groups while they are preparing to make their flipped videos. 5. Heather: Will facilitate group presentations.

-Groups will show their flipped videos to the class. (15 20 minutes) -Then, everyone will spend the rest of the time creating a flipped video to use in their classrooms. (remainder of time if any is available) 6. Jorgen: summarize the activity and closing remarks. (2 minutes)
