Debtors. ORDER OVERRULING OBJECTION Massachusetts Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement Division filed an objection to confirmation of the proposed chapter 13 plan. The matter came on for hearing on August 4, 2010, at which time the creditor did not appear. Debtors plan provides that payment of the domestic support obligation be made to the Alabama Department of Human Resources.
