PERSONAL CABINET MANUAL

Dear clients! This manual will help you to smoothly get acquainted with Your new personal cabinet and find out more about its functional features.

WARNING
Dear clients, Please, take into consideration that your personal cabinet is designed for conduction of non-trading operations with your funds, manipulation of your trading accounts, registration for competitions, etc. Personal cabinet is understood as a secure website section. Personal wallet (aka internal wallet of personal cabinet) is understood as a personal account of a client. Password and login (username) cannot be used for trading terminal. In order to start trading, you need to open a new trading account via your personal cabinet and login to the trading terminal using trading account number as a login (username) and traders password that you received to your e-mail address after trading account opening via personal cabinet. Further information is available in the following sections of the manual.

PERSONAL CABINET REGISTRATION

Step 1. Type the following in your web browser URL bar https://cabinet.masterforex.org/a/?lang=en or click the above link. Choose language using language panel under username and password fields. If you have already registered, please, enter your login and personal cabinet password and press "Enter. If you are not registered in the new personal cabinet, please, press the "Registration button. Step 2. Please, read the Client Agreement and Financial regulations and put a tick in the I agree box, enter code from the picture and press Next.

Step 3. You are forwarded to the registration form. Fill in the form (fields marked with * sign are mandatory). Data entered must be in a full accordance to your national identification document (passport, ID, etc.). Please, make sure the e-mail address you enter is correct, for all letters with passwords will be sent to the address. Please, remember or write down your payment password. It is used for client identification and is considered necessary during every interaction with the client support department by phone, e-mail or live chat. Make sure the data entered is correct and press Next".

Step 4. The next step is withdrawal request confirmation set-up. You have two options to choose from:

If you choose Payment password" option, please, remember it or write it down, for you will not be able to withdraw

funds without it. It is not sent via e-mail due to security reasons. Please, do not lose it. Confirm the password and press Finish the registration; If you choose SMS method of confirmation, you will be able to withdraw funds only with a single-use code, that you will receive as SMS message to your cell phone each time you create a funds withdrawal request. Enter your cell phone number; press Get a code. You will receive the code to your cell phone as SMS. Enter the code into the Code from SMS field and press Finish the registration.

LOGGING IN TO PERSONAL CABINET AND CERTIFICATION OF USER


Step 5. Please, enter your login and personal cabinet password and press "Enter.

Step 6. To be able to utilize all the personal cabinet features, please, pass through the certification of user and certification of payment details procedures. Certification procedure is necessary for all clients of the company. MasterForex guarantees, that your personal data will not be used for any purposes other than certification of user. Please, press Certification of user button on the right top corner of the cabinet window and fill in the necessary fields. Please, make sure that personal details you enter are in complete correspondence to your national identification document. Please, check the requirements for documents, click "Requirements for the uploaded documents for it. Upload file with the document, enter code from picture and press "Submit request. The request will be processed by the Client support department in 3 hours in accordance to the Client agreement.

Step 7. After passing the certification of user procedure it is necessary to pass the payment details certification procedure via your personal cabinet. The procedure is necessary for ensuring safety of your funds withdrawal to your payment system accounts. After passing the payment details certification procedure, withdrawal will be possible to the certified payment details only. Certification of bank details is not necessary for withdrawal, for banks perform their own comprehensive transaction check. Press My payment details on the right.

Fill in the necessary fields. Please, make sure all the entered data is correct. Add all the payment systems accounts, which you are going to use for funds withdrawal. After a payment details certification request is created, it becomes visible in the table.

In order to ensure your funds safety, please, press Block payment details addition", thus, unauthorized person, even if he/she accesses your personal cabinet, will NOT be able to add his/her payment details and withdraw your funds. Blocking payment details addition is not necessary, but recommended procedure. Please, do not press this button, unless you are sure you have created certification requests for all the payment details you are planning to use for withdrawal. If you have already pressed this button by an accident, please, contact the client support department. Link It is not my wallet in the My payment details section. Use the link, if you have entered incorrect payment system account number or if you think somebody else knows your login and password for the cabinet and has entered this payment detail. By pressing this button you will block funds withdrawal to these payment details. Repetitive addition of the same payment details will be impossible. After the Client support department processes your personal documents uploaded for the certification of user and added payment details, you will be able to utilize the following features of the personal cabinet: Open new trading accounts; Transfer old trading accounts to the new personal cabinet; Deposit funds to the personal wallet; Internal transfers; Withdrawal funds from the personal wallet; Registration as a partner; Etc.

TRADING ACCOUNTS OPENING


Press Open trading account on the right from My accounts.

During a new account opening you can choose account type (ECN, micro, standard or CFD), swap/swap-free account, deposit currency and credit leverage. After pressing Open account and filling in a short form, you will see your new trading account in the My accounts list. You can change leverage and swap/swap-free option for any trading account. After account is opened, its number will be visible in the trading accounts list in your personal cabinet. Passwords for MetaTrader4 will be sent to the e-mail address you mentioned during your personal cabinet registration.

Note: New trading account opening is possible before payment details certification.

TRANSFERRING TRADING ACCOUNTS TO A PERSONAL CABINET


If you already have a trading account opened before, you can transfer it to your new personal cabinet by clicking the Transfer account" link on the right top corner of the cabinet window and filling the form.

1. Click the "Transfer account" link; 2. Enter your account type and number, trader's password and pin-code for your trading account; 3. Submit a request;

After personal and contact details used for trading account and personal cabinet will be compared, your old trading account will be transferred to your new personal cabinet in 20 minutes. Access to the old personal cabinet will be blocked. Before you make an account transfer request, make sure trading account and personal cabinet are certified.

DEPOSITING TO PERSONAL WALLET/TRADING ACCOUNT

You can deposit to your personal wallet or your trading account. Press Deposit, choose deposit method Automatic payment and fill in the required fields. If the payment was not automatically transferred to your personal cabinet, please, make a payment notice. In order to do it, please, go to Deposit funds section, choose Payment notice subsection. Fill in the short form with details of your payment. Funds will not be charged again from your payment system account. We will check your payment notice and will manually transfer your payment to your personal cabinet in 24 hours according to the Clients agreement.

Please, be very carefully when filling in the fields Payment system account number", "Payment Date", "Payment Number" and "Amount", because incorrect data will handicap transferring funds to your personal wallet, so you will have to make another payment notice. If you want to deposit funds via wire transfer, you can find MasterForex bank details in the Wire transfer subsection in the Deposit funds section. After the actual payment, please fill in the form in the Wire transfer" subsection, thereby you will notify us of you payment via bank transfer. Bank transfer speed may vary; funds will be deposited to your personal wallet, as soon as we receive them to our bank account. Please, be careful when filling in the fields. Please note: wire transfers from third parties are not accepted.

Notice: You can deposit without approving your payment details.

INTERNAL TRANSFERS
You can instantly distribute funds between internal wallet of your personal cabinet and trading accounts, between trading accounts, attached to your personal cabinet. According to the Financial regulations, internal transfers cant be conducted between personal wallets of different clients. Press Internal transfer, fill in the required fields and press Transfer funds. All internal transfers are processed automatically.

Notice: You can make an internal transfer without approving your payment details.

FUNDS WITHDRAWAL
You can withdraw funds from your personal wallet or from trading account(s) by pressing Withdraw funds. In the first case, after the required fields are filled in, two transactions are automatically conducted: funds withdrawal from trading account and Personal wallet funding. The third transaction - funds withdrawal from Personal wallet to payment system is conducted after withdrawal request is processed by the Financial department in 1-3 working days in accordance with the Client agreement. In case you want to withdraw funds directly from a personal wallet, wait for request to be processed by the Financial department, and after that funds will be transferred to your payment system account or to your bank details.

Please notice that according to the Client Agreement withdrawal is possible only via methods that were used for depositing funds. In case funds depositing was conducted via different payment systems, the withdrawal must be conducted via the same payment systems in proportional ratio concerning deposited amounts.

EXAMPLE
Account depositing was following: WMR $ 5; WMZ-$ 1; Bank transfer - $ 20 Profit (sum earned up to deposit) - $ 15 Question: How much money the client can withdraw via bank? Answer: Balance = 5+1+20+15=41 Deposit=20+1+5=26 We should find % correlation of entry sum to deposit from every payment system: 5/26=19%; 1/26=4%; 20/26=77% Now we count how much money can client withdraw via bank: 41*77% / 100 = 31,57 $ - max sum of possible withdrawal via bank transfer. Notice: In order to withdraw funds you have to certify your payment details.

This section contains information on past operations: internal transfers, deposits, withdrawals and bonuses.

Notice: History is available without approving payment details.

BONUSES
In this section you can make a request for a bonus. Choose the bonus, input the correspondent information and press Submit request for a bonus.

REGISTRATION IN THE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM


In order to register as a partner, please, click "Become a partner" on the right side of your personal cabinet. Fill in the form and press Finish the registration, thereby you will create a registration request. Wait for request to be approved by the Partnership department.
