The One Love Wedding Showcase is an uplifting, informative and well-rounded wedding show locally produced and presented by LGBTQ and Ally businesses eager and to help ALL couples with professional, reliable services and amazing products. You have been hand-selected to participate as a vendor in the 2nd Annual One Love Wedding Showcase. The vendors in this showcase will represent more than 25 life categories. Couples will find help with every aspect of creating a life togetherfrom planning a wedding, to legal and financial support, real estate advice, and more. As a vendor, you already meet the following criteria: You are a Gay Owned or Gay-Friendly Business with experience with same-sex couples You hold a positive reputation within the LGBT community AND your industry (i.e., wedding, real estate, banking, legal, etc) You and/or your business are properly licensed in Washington State, as applicable Your business is representative of various price ranges, style, creativity and approach You and/or your business are a supportive/active/contributing citizen in the LGBTQ community (through membership of GSBA or affiliation with other local community organization or group)

The show will feature over 80 vendors and will be held at Hyatt Olive 8 in downtown Seattle on Sunday, March 24th, from 12 noon to 5:00pm. We are honored to have the GSBA as our presenting partner and are offering both member and new member discounts. We are working with a PR team to raise awareness around One Love, market the event, and engage the local LGBT audience. Well also be working to share information through local and national media and direct grass roots efforts. Vendors will receive information, photos and stories to share with their own audiences. One Love Seattle will be a positive, interactive, engaging, and high-energy wedding showcase. One Love Seattle reserves the right to provide direction and guidance to vendors in order to accomplish the overall event goals to provide a unique, informative, FUN and well rounded show for couples planning their weddings. Booth placement will begin February 1, 2013. Exhibitor cancellation must be done by written notice. Cancellation prior to February 15th, 2013, will receive a full refund. Cancellations after that date will receive a refund only if One Love is able to re-sell the booth space. Vendors who will offer food/non-alcoholic beverage samples must sign a food waiver with the Hyatt Olive 8. All food/nonalcoholic beverage items for sample must be pre-approved by March 11, 2013. I understand that this event begins at 12:00noon and ends at 5:00pm. My booth will be completely set up and ready for guest arrival at 11:45am. Booth breakdown will begin at 5:00pm and not any sooner than that. Shared tables MUST be pre-approved by the One Love Show producers. Paying vendors are the only vendors allowed to showcase their services. All alcoholic beverages must be served, purchased, and provided by Hyatt Olive 8. Sample pours are permitted for winery and distributor vendors with pre-approval by One Love and Hyatt Olive 8. Proper permitting will be required. All participating vendors must reflect a diverse customer base throughout website, display at the show, and in collateral handed out at the show. As a participant in this show, you agree and uphold the following criteria of participating vendors:

My business is a Gay Owned or Gay-Friendly Business that supports marriage equality for ALL couples My business upholds a positive reputation within the LGBT community My business upholds a positive and professional reputation within the industry of our trade My business is properly licensed in Washington State, as applicable I/My business is supportive/active/contributing in the LGBTQ community (through membership of GSBA or affiliation with other local community organization or group) I/My business agree to promote the One Love Show in a positive and supportive manner. Vendors may not display information from a non-paying vendor at their booth. Vendors may not display information at their booth for competing event shows without prior approval from the One Love Show Producers.
I/My business grants permission to New Chapter Weddings to use my or my business image in any New Chapter Weddings or One Love Wedding Showcase materials, media and/or internet medium should it appear in photos and/or videos during the One Love Wedding Showcase. I/My business grants permission to New Chapter Weddings and Linster Creative permission to recolor/make greyscale all vendor/sponsor logos for website and print as needed.

In consideration of the right to participate in the One Love Wedding Showcase, I and/or my business agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY New Chapter Weddings dba One Love Wedding Showcase and all its sponsors, respective officers, employees, volunteers and agents from any and all liability, claims and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in such One Love Wedding Showcase including any personal bodily and/or property injury, loss or damaged caused by any party. I and/or my business accept and assume all risks, costs incurred in connection with the One Love Wedding Showcase.. Moreover, the terms of this Agreement shall bind my heirs, representatives, employees, officers and agents.. Any legal action that may arise from my participation in the One Love Wedding Showcase and under this Agreement will be in accordance to Washington state law, with venue and jurisdiction in the King County Superior Court, Seattle, WA. One Love Producers reserve the right to terminate the participation of any vendor should they fail to uphold any of the terms outlined in this application.
