Due to our continued growth we have openings for the positions listed below. The
positions call for committed individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit,
excellent command of the English language and good research skills.

LAWYER SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Qualifications required:
University Law Degree - an LLM shall be considered an additional advantage;
Member of the Cyprus Bar Association;
Three years minimum experience in corporate/financial law, M&A work;
Good drafting skills and pleasant personality;
Ability/experience to handle/close transactions on her/his own with minimum
supervision.

Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible at a senior level with minimum supervision
for advising and/or assisting clients with cross-border transactions, including structuring,
drafting / reviewing / negotiation of agreements, M&A transactions, preparation of legal
opinions in the area of corporate / commercial / bank finance law.

JUNIOR LAWYER
Qualifications required:
UK University Law Degree and member of the Cyprus Bar Association;
1 year minimum experience.
A very attractive remuneration package including Provident Fund and opportunity for fast
advancement will be offered to the successful candidates in accordance with qualifications
and experience.

Russian speaking lawyer or corporate administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Company registration; day to day administration of
corporate entities
- Handling a portfolio of clients and dealing with their
daily corporate administration
- Liaising with the Registrar of Companies for recording
various changes in the companies status and
maintaining annual obligations of the companies
- Preparation/checking of various Powers of Attorneys,
Agreements, Minutes, Resolutions
- General aministration tasks
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level within a legal or business
