Orangefield-Fidelico is seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join

their team in Limassol.

Corporate Lawyer
Job description
The successful candidate will ideally be able to manage the corporate services
department. Day to day duties will include, but not limited to, project management
of several legal procedures in relation to client transactions, contract reviewing,
drafting of complex execution corporate documents, liaison with external law firms
and reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

Prerequisites
University Degree in Law
Cyprus bar qualification
A minimum of 3 - 4 years Post Qualification experience in corporate law
Computer literate and ability to use software applications effectively
Fluent business level Greek and English
Multi-tasking
Team player and high level of interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
Time management and organisation skills
