Dear ERA members and non members, Thank you very much for your interest in exhibiting at the ERA European conference in June 2013 in Italy, Rome. The ERA European Conference brings together key decision-makers and industry leaders from around the world. It is a real pleasure for me to introduce to you the location for the 2013 ERA Europe Conference. Rome, the capital city of Italy, is ancient, impressive and hectic and yet its a place that encourages you to take things easy. Rome is steeped in history but thoroughly au fait with the modern world, a place where you feel the hand of history on your shoulder. Priests with cigars walking along the Imperial Forum; plate-loads of pasta in the Piazza Navona; scooters in every colour possible revving up at traffic lights as if preparing for a race, cafes on every corner filled with animated locals sporting every designer brand of sunglasses. Dont feel like going to a museum? Whats the need when its all outside on the streets? Rome is an experience of a lifetime. Standard supply of electrical current available is: - single-phase 220 V, 50 cycles/hertz - three-phases 380 V, 50 cycles/hertz Supply of 110 V, 50 cycles/hertz, 50 amp current can be provided upon request. 110/120V, 60 cycles/hertz current is not available.

Internet
Wifi internet access is provided free of charge in the lobby and public areas (bars, restaurants, concierge area and lobby). Wifi in the bedrooms is charged at Euro 15.00 per 24h connection.

Rules and Regulations for Exhibitors

Changes in the Exhibition Set up Plan

ERA Europe reserves the right to make minor alterations to the exhibition site plan as necessary and to accommodate the requirements of the venue, the delegates and the exhibitors. Any change will be confirmed to the exhibitor in writing.

Free Flow of Delegates

Nothing may impede the free flow of delegates in the aisle, ie. nothing may be built in the aisle, nor may furniture or equipment stand in the aisle space.

Cleaning
The aisles and gangways of the exhibition areas will be kept free and clean by the hotel staff. Cleaning of the individual booths is the responsibility of the exhibiting company.

Activities Outside of the Exhibitors Booth

All demonstrations or other promotional activities must be confined to the relevant companys booth. No exhibitor will be allowed to display signs in the common areas of the hotel without prior consent from the organizers. Stand personnel, including hostesses are not allowed to distribute items of any kind outside the confines of the contracted exhibit booth.

Disruption of other Exhibits

ERA Europe reserves the right to restrict exhibits which, because of noise, method of operation, materials or any other reason, become objectionable. No microphones or loud speakers are to be used on the exhibition floor.

Security
Although security will be provided for the overall protection of the exhibition, exhibitors are entirely responsible for the security of any goods or personal belongings brought to the exhibition. Also please note that exhibit booths must be staffed by at least one person during the exhibition opening times.

Liability
ERA Europe cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by an exhibitor nor for loss sustained by an exhibitor. Exhibitors must carry full liability insurance for themselves, their employees and their subcontractors. The hotel-appointed subcontractors are fully covered.

Hotel Restrictions

Display of signs or banners is not allowed within all public areas of the hotel Consumables, i.e. food and beverage items, may not be brought into the hotel (except under special permission) The exhibit can only be set up in the area placed at the exhibitors disposal and cannot be extended to the other public areas of the hotel The exhibitor undertakes to return the space in its original condition The use of adhesive tape is prohibited on the marble floor of the foyer The hotel will not advertise the exhibit except within the exhibition area itself. Any signs and/or advertisements in the exhibition area, and which the hotel objects to, will be removed.
