Abstract
This article aims to comparison study the social status factors including age, national origin,
marital status, housing characteristics, education, occupation, income and knowledge about general
election with the voting behavior factors including, the election using, the political party voting and the
decision that will vote the old political party in next general election. Used quantitative research method,
a questionnaire collected data for analysis of 400 samples from the voters in Jatujak and a statistical
software packages were used. The results showed that social status and knowledge factors were
correlated with the voting behaviors including, factors were correlated with the, the election using
including, national origin, education, occupation ,income and knowledge, factors were correlated with the
political party voting including, age, national origin, marital status, housing, education, occupation and

income and factors were correlated with the decision that will vote the old political party in next general
