The final day of the STS workshop, we told stories to each other.

Simply the Story ~

Simply the Story is a oral Bible teaching method done in story form. I first saw it used in Sudan when a group came out to teach the pastors. But since it was an intensive class (and I had babies to deliver), I was unable to attend. Nevertheless, I instantly saw the benefits. The pastors came alive and actually smiled at how simple teaching the Bible could be. Very exciting! I was inspired to know more, so I signed up for a STS training of my own. Now, I know how they must have felt! I just finished the training last week and I am overflowing with joy at all I learned! Perhaps one day, Ill get to show you this process in person. But until then, please feel free to check out Simply the Story for yourselves, and pray about attending a seminar as well. You wont regret it! In His strength, ~Stephanie

:: Prayer & Praise ::

I had a tremendous time speaking at Grace Christian Church in Parowan, Utah. What a blessing! My police clearances are still a mess. Please pray against the massive spiritual warfare surrounding them. I still need my Haitian, Filipino, and Sudanese police clearances. Thanks. Funds are coming together nicely for the work in Moz. Im very encouraged by the generosity of His body. Please keep praying for the rest to come in before I leave. Two fund raisers are organized for my one-time financial needs. Please pray both are huge successes. God has provided tickets to go to Haiti to work on my police clearance as well as possible attend a birth. PTL!

My blog is updated regularly... Check it out and enjoy!

Financial Needs:
A lot of people are asking me where I stand financially, so I thought Id mention it here. God is providing beautifully but Im still in need of one-time and monthly support. The one-time needs are: ~ Vehicle: $18,000-20,000 ~ Language fees: $3-4,000 ~ Initial moving costs: $2000 I have almost all my education fees and moving costs, but Im only at 30% for the vehicle. The on-going monthly needs are rough estimates and are: ~ Personal: $2500/mo. ~ Ministry: $1000/mo. Im still calculating my monthly support, but a rough guess is that Im about 40% of my needs. Please pray for God to provide in His timing. Thanks! ~SW
