The company has set a benchmark of obtaining 90% in all the parameters. The company must
think about revising this benchmark level as they have failed to achieve this level in almost all
the categories.
The Sales Building and Egress are the only fields which meet the companys expectations.
The dealership owned outlets can be seen lagging behind the Company Owned and
Franchisee Owned outlets.
The company must focus on taking steps in order to improve the operations for the Dealer
Owned outlets.
In terms of location, Kerala needs the most attention followed by the other states. The
COCO/COFO outlets in Kerala are the lowest performing outlets.
