Application as a fellow researcher (especially usability), Master student of System Dynamics WPI Worcester Dear Prof. Ratti, Since our phone conference on co-operating with the local transit authority, DVB AG, last summer my interest in doing research at MIT SENSEable City Lab has grown. My personal visit to the lab and your colleagues in August 2009 when I was visiting Edgar Schein for a workshop on Cape Cod has set the final hook. My recent tweet on the InternetOfThinking and the future use of sensors has just a few minutes ago inspired me to directly apply as a fellow researcher. Especially my studies in system dynamics at WPI Worcester is driving my action doing so. Combining the research on sensor use in an accelerating and ever changing world with action research on how to sustainably fullfill the shift is my intention for my future master thesis is on my mind. Earliest start for me will be mid to end June, as I participate with a session on Technological Singularity in daily life during an Open Space at the 4. Dresden Future Forum where Ray Kurzweil and Tim Berners-Lee will be also present and keynote speakers. I am very pleased to hear from you soon. Sincerely,
