To enter/exit the area north of Constitution Ave: Use K St NW or 3rd St/395 Tunnel. Northbound lanes closed from Lincoln Memorial Circle to Shoreham Dr NW. Southbound lanes open. Pedestrian traffic only on Calvert, Columbia Rd, Harvard St, 5th St NW & Bryant St NW. For fastest access, park outside the route before streets close. To enter/exit the area inside the course, use Massachusetts Ave NW or Rhode Island Ave NW. Northbound vehicles will be metered across Bryant St NW at 1st St NW to provide access to Childrens Hospital and medical facilities north of course. Please expect heavy traffic and delays. Southbound lanes closed from Bryant St NW to K St NE. To enter/exit the area inside the course, use Rhode Island Ave NW or New York Ave NW. Pedestrian traffic only on K St NE & H St NE. To enter/exit the area inside the course, use New York Ave NW or the 3rd St/395 Tunnel. Officers will meter vehicles across H St NE at 8th St NE. Please expect heavy traffic and delays. East Capitol St NE closed from 22nd St NE to 19th St NE and from 11th St SE to 2nd St NE. To exit areas north of E Capitol St, access the 3rd St/395 Tunnel via Massachusetts Ave/ Columbus Circle, or H St at 3rd St NE To exit areas south of E Capitol St, go south on 8th or 4th Streets SE to 695/395 or H St west of 4th St. Officers will meter vehicles across E. Capitol St NE at 4th, 6th, 8th, & 10th Sts. All lanes closed from Independence Ave SW to LEnfant Plaza. Access lane provided for vehicles to reach LEnfant Plaza Hotel. Access lanes provided for vehicles: to/from Water Street, via Maine Ave west of 9th St. for Tiber Island Apartments to exit north on 6th St to Maine Ave/M St SW. to turn north on Canal St SW from P St SW. Southbound lanes of S Capitol St SW closed from L St SW to Suitland Parkway. Northbound lanes open. Access lane on Pennsylvania Ave SE to exit to northbound 295. Pedestrian traffic only on Minnesota Ave SE from LEnfant Sq to E Capitol St SE. Vehicles will be metered across Minnesota Ave SE at B St SE, M St SE, M Pl SE, and Nelson Pl SE. Please expect heavy traffic and delays. Westbound E Capitol St SE closed from Minnesota Ave/E Capitol exit ramp to C St NE. Eastbound closed from 19th St SE to 22nd St SE.
