You can't build on any other foundation than My Word and expect your building to stand. You can't base the decisions you make or the advice you give to others on your own life experience or past incidents alone. These types of foundations can be weak or unreliable. Your building may even endure for quite a while, but sooner or later a wave will come along and topple it, because it's not built on the rock of My Word.
