File 0550-07Request by Dr. R.S. Roman, to appear before Council to discuss the unacceptablenoise from the Langley Flight School students repeatedly flying over her property.

MOTION TO RESOLVE INTO SPECIAL CLOSED MEETING

Moved by Councillor Bateman,Seconded by Councillor Long,That Council now resolve into a Special Closed Meeting according to Section 90 ofthe Community Charter for discussion of the following items identified underSection 90:Item C.1. – Section 90(1) (f) Law Enforcement; andItem G.1. – Section 90(1) (a) Personnel.

1. Barry McCall

File 0550-07Barry McCall appeared before Council to discuss the ALR exclusion file #14.7.35 onthe north side of 56 Avenue between 264 and 268 Streets. He commented that theyappeared before Council in 2006 and their application was not endorsed due to lackof sewer infrastructure at that time. He commented on the change in economy, soilconditions of property, flooding, the opportunity for GVWD water hook-up inAldergrove, and requested Council endorse Application #14.7.35.
