Once the deal gets finalized, it cannot be cancelled or changed in any situation.

In case of any dispute the final decision will be taken by the event organiser, and everyone has to follow under all conditions.

Schedule of the event and rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.

The courts of Kolkata have the jurisdiction over all disputes.

Organisers are not responsible for the non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.

Rest 40% will be paid by Post Dated Cheque /DD
