Greetings! The Commission on Elections would be conducting the interim elections for the GACP and CCO Executive Board. In line with this, due to the lack of time, the Commission has decided to have the Miting de Avance and Elections in one activity period. However, prior to these events, the aspiring candidates are given time to campaign. Please take not of the following dates: March 13, 2013, 5:30PM J305, Deadline for filing of Candidacies March 13, 2013, 6:00PM, Announcement of Official List of Candidates and Start of Campaign period March 15, 2013, Activity Period Venue TBA, Miting de Avance and Elections March 15, 2013, 5:30PM Canvassing of Votes March 15, 2013, 6:00PM Announcement of Winners

Attached with this letter is the official Certificate of Candidacy that should be submitted on or before the deadline along with a SIS copy of your previous semester grades. Please take note that the deadline would be strictly followed. Moreover, the commission would be posting the official list of qualified voters for both the CCO and GACP as identified by their official list. We also hope that the information would be properly passed on to as many Class and Club presidents as possible as the commission does not have the resource to properly reach everyone concerned.
