The meeting started with a prayer led by Ms. Pae Bonguyan. It was then followed by the
presentation of the agenda.
Fun House
The body decided to have the following activities during Intramural:
- piging: spearheaded by Ms. Borja and Ms. Cachuela
- photo booth/love booth: spearheaded by Ms. Pae and Ms. Mae Bonguyan from
the research committee
- face painting and ‘mini-arcade’: spearheaded by Mr. Hao and Ms. Tongcua from
the program committee
- ‘mini-convenience store’ and hula-hula: spearheaded by Ms. Sy, Ms. Jungaya,
and Ms. Tajore from the finance committee

In line with this, Ms. Tabuga was assigned to reserve two rooms, preferably on ST 4 th
floor for the said activities.

Other Matters
The body decided to have the following activities on Finals:
- Mangrove-planting activity
- SOS Adopt-a-House Project
- Balik-Aral Project

The board members agreed to have the SOS Adopt-a-House Project every other week;
and to spend the dates September 15-16, 2008 for the Balik-Aral Project. Ms. Tabuga
was assigned to make an announcement, calling NSRC members to help in the packing
of school supplies on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday fro 5-7 p.m.

There having no further concerns, the meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
