my possession to Dilworth's messenger at 11 AM this morning, please be advised that I have been directed by Bill
DeWeese, Leader of the House Democratic Caucus's 2007-2008 Session, to decline your request for the transfer
of the file on the grounds of attorney-ciient privilege.
